Teen found laying on side of Cottage Grove road cited for drinking
The Maplewood boy was ticketed for drinking after he was found laying on the side of Manning Avenue in the middle of the night.
A Maplewood teen was ticketed for drinking after he was found laying on the side of a road in Cottage Grove.
Police were called at about 2:30 a.m. July 27 to Manning Avenue north of 100th Street. A passerby reported seeing a person lying on the side of the road. Officers found a 16-year-old male who was intoxicated. He was too drunk to explain how he got there.
The teen was cited for minor consumption.
