In the win over Roseville, East Ridge/Park (3-4) was led by Brexton Turner’s hat trick and a four-point game by senior Jacob Matenaer. Turner, a junior attacker scored a team-high three goals in the game and Matenaer tallied a goal and three assists.

In the loss to Mounds View two days earlier, Varhol led the Raptors’ offense with two goals and Luke Wettershan, Lyles and Connor Catterall each scored one goal. Also, Lyles, Wettershan and Turner also each had assists and Hones made three saves in the loss.
East Ridge/Park took on White Bear Lake on Monday, May 9. Next, the Raptors play host to rival Woodbury in the annual battle for the “Limpert SoWashCo Cup” on Wednesday, May 11, at East Ridge High School.
The Limpert SoWashCo Cup was built by Woodbury resident Larry Hagen and named in part for Woodbury head coach Rich Limpert who was instrumental in the development of the sport in the area. The District 833 boys lacrosse teams will play for the Limpert SoWashCo Cup each year. Woodbury won last year’s head-to-head battle 7-3.
