Sophomore goalie helped Raptors win first-ever conference game.

East Ridge sophomore goalie Katie Ahmann made 35 saves to help the Raptors girls hockey team win its first-ever Suburban East Conference game, 2-1 over Forest Lake on Saturday, Jan. 29, in Forest Lake.

In East Ridge’s first year as a solo program, Ahmann is 5-11-0 with a 5.43 goals against average, an .818 save percentage and one shutout. She has made over 30 saves five times including a season-high of 44 saves in a loss to Stillwater earlier this season.
