The State Patrol has released the name of the St. Paul Park man who was killed in a one-vehicle crash early Sunday in St. Paul.
The victim was Josphe Y. Thao, 19, the State Patrol said.
According to the accident report:
Thao was driving a 1996 Acura Integra southbound on Highway 61 near Lower Afton Road when he lost control, entered the right ditch and struck a tree. The vehicle rolled and Thao, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the car.
The crash happened at 6:18 a.m. There were no passengers. Alcohol was not detected in Thao's system, the report said.
