Longtime Cottage Grove residents Glen and Lorraine Brown will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary at an open house hosted by their children on Saturday, Sept. 18.
Longtime Cottage Grove residents Glen and Lorraine Brown will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary at an open house hosted by their children on Saturday, Sept. 18. The couple was married on Sept. 23, 1950, in Goodhue.
Glen, a farmer his entire life, served on the Cottage Grove City Council and many other commissions and committees. Lorraine owned Accent Realty in Hastings. They have three children, Dolores Pemble, Gary Brown and Janet Bremer, and nine grandchildren.
