Funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, at Zion Lutheran Church, 8500 Hillside Tr. S., Cottage Grove, with burial in Newport Cemetery. Visitation 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
