Property listed as one 1993 Skyline Manufactured Home with serial number 5B300744F, size 16x78 feet.
The home can be seen by inquiring at the office of Park Estates, Inc., 800 Hastings Avenue, St. Paul Park.
Listed owner is Derek J. Lawver, address unknown.
The sale will be made to satisfy the sum of $4,023.00 (four thousand twenty three dollars) plus costs and disbursements.
The Sheriff's deputy of said Washington County will sell at a public auction in one parcel, to the highest bidder for cash on September 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (at this time, house must be removed from Park Estates) at the office of Park Estates in St. Paul Park, Minnesota.
