NOTICE TO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS

East Suburban Resources, Inc., hereby provides notice that it intends to apply to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the following transportation equipment to serve elderly and persons with disabilities in Washington County: a medium light duty bus Class 400 (4 wheelchair positions, 8 seated positions). Individuals or agencies seeking to request transportation service, coordinate transportation with East Suburban Resources or comment about the application should contact Ed Boeve, executive director, East Suburban Resources, 1754 Washington Avenue, Stillwater, Minnesota 55082, 651-351-0190. The deadline for submitting this application is October 1, 2010.
