Birth: Toby turns 1

Toby James Kvasager was born Monday, July 13, 2009, at United Hospital in St. Paul. He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 21 inches long.

For the past year he has been loved by big brothers Luke and Jack, and by parents Jeff and Kerri Kvasager of Cottage Grove, but his “scatterbrained mom forgot to put his birth announcement in when he was born,” she said.
