One-year-old Caden Jay Bartz announces the engagement of his parents, Bobbie Jean Koutz and Christopher Lee Bartz. A July 2011 wedding is planned.
Bobbie is the the daughter of Donna and the late Jay W. Heinn of St. Paul Park. Christopher is the son of James and Joy Muscha of Brooklyn Center and Donna Muscha of Inver Grove Heights.
