Tom and Janet Norton, longtime residents of the Cottage Grove and Grey Cloud Island area, were married on May 7, 1960, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyerhaeuser, Wis.
Tom and Janet Norton, longtime residents of the Cottage Grove and Grey Cloud Island area, were married on May 7, 1960, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyerhaeuser, Wis. They will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at the 5 p.m. Mass on Saturday, May 8, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in St. Paul Park.
The couple has four children: Jackie (Tom) Norbury, Scott Norton, Shannon (Tim) Rumpca and Jane (Joe) Hennen, nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
