Birth: Obitz’ first granddaughter

Rick and Terri Obitz of Cottage Grove and Mike and Chari Crowley of Shoreview announce the birth of their first granddaughter. Katie Jean Crowley was born on Monday, Aug. 3, 2009, at Regions Hospital to Angela and Kevin Crowley of South St. Paul.
Katie weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 21 inches long. She was baptized on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2009, by Pastor Megan Torgerson at Augustana Lutheran Church.
