Engagement: Rebecca Frank, David Melcher

John and Mary Frank of Cottage Grove and James and the late Anne Melcher of Vadnais Heights announce the engagement of their children, Rebecca Ann Frank and David James Melcher. The couple will be married on Saturday, May 8, at the Catholic Church of St. Rita in Cottage Grove.

Rebecca is a 1998 graduate of Park High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and is a real estate portfolio manager at United Health Group in Minnetonka.

David graduated from Mounds View High School in Arden Hills in 1998 and from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2002. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering and is a process engineer at Dynamic Air Inc. in Vadnais Heights.
