David and Maureen Steffes of Cottage Grove announce the engagement of their son, Brian D. Steffes, to Kathryn L. Dolan, daughter of Richard and Virginia Dolan of Glen Rock, N.J. A September wedding is planned.
Brian is a 1997 graduate of Park High School, a 2001 cum laude graduate of Notre Dame. In 2004, he received a juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin. He practices law in Chicago, Ill.
Katie is a 1999 graduate of Glen Rock High School and a 2003 cum laude graduate of Notre Dame. She earned a doctorate of veterinary medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and practices in Chicago.
