COMMUNITY LIAISON/RESIDENT RESOURCES

COORDINATOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority is seeking competitive proposals from responsible entities for Community Liaison/Resident Resources Coordinator services. The services to be provided are as follows: 1) to promote and maintain positive working relationships between HRA residents, neighborhoods, and communities; 2) to assist HRA residents in gaining stability and self reliance, including administration of the Public Housing Family Self Sufficiency Program; 3) to act on behalf of the HRA in public forums regarding HRA resident issues; and 4) to facilitate The Woodlands team meetings to foster a positive sense of community and to create a safe and healthy atmosphere. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal from the Authority website at www.wchra.com, of by phone at 651-458-0936, extension 580. Proposals must be received in the offices of the Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority by 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 3, 2010, 321 Broadway Avenue, St. Paul Park, Minnesota, 55071. The HRA reserves the right to select the successful proposal in the best interest of the Washington County HRA.
