SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 654

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL PARK, MINNESOTA RELATING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS

The City Council of the City of St. Paul Park has adopted Ordinance No. 654. The purpose and intent of this ordinance to amend the Planned Unit Development Ordinance to include new standards set forth in the Comprehensive Plan, change the Concept Plan procedure and submittal requirements, and to add a PUD Zoning District subject to regulations set forth by this ordinance.
