SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 653

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL PARK, MINNESOTA RELATING TO SIGNS

The City Council of the City of St. Paul Park has adopted Ordinance No. 653. The purpose and intent of this ordinance to update non-conforming sign regulations, introduce content neutrality, and to clarify neighborhood monumentation restrictions, subject to regulations set forth by this ordinance.
