According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the following people were booked into the Washington County Jail between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Monday:
Todd A. Lepard, 43, of St. Paul, arrested in the 6000 block of Hudson Road in Woodbury on escaping motor vehicle tax, obstructing the legal process, stolen property and traffic charges.
Kyle L. Quinn, 19, of Maplewood, arrested in the 1500 block of Woodlane Drive on shoplifting and underage consumption charges.
Nicole C. Ross, 33, of Cottage Grove, arrested on Highway 61 at 80th Street on second-degree DWI and traffic charges.
Daniel R. Violette, 31, of Cottage Grove, arrested on Highway 95 at 50th Street in Afton on a nonsupport of child and spouse charge.
Robin M. Boeser, 37, of West St. Paul, arrested at Interstate 494 and Tamarack Road in Woodbury on third-degree DWI and crimes against public order charges.
John G. Deffes Jr., 51, of Woodbury, arrested in the 10900 block of Oak Grove Circle in Woodbury on domestic assault charges.
Patrick J. Lynch, 41, of St. Paul Park, arrested in the 500 block of 21st Street in Newport on a second-degree DWI.
Jamisha S. Mallard, 19, of St. Paul, arrested at Woodbury Drive and Interstate 94 on posession of shoplifting gear, traffic and stolen property charges.
All are considered innocent until proven guilty.
