Engaged: Flaherty - Gorn
Joe and Cathy Flaherty of Cottage Grove announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Flaherty, to Andrew Gorn of Jefferson, Wis. The couple will be married in Wasilla, Alaska, on July 3, 2010.

Amy is a 1998 Park High School graduate and a 2002 graduate from the College of Saint Benedict. She moved to Nome, Alaska, several years ago and works in Anchorage as a youth program coordinator for rural Alaska.
Andy graduated from Jefferson High School in 1997 and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He is an Alaska State Trooper based in Wasilla.
