Thomas and Diane Sloan of Cottage Grove announce the engagement of their daughter, Tammy, to Jason Wylie, son of Bruce and Pam Wylie of Lake Elmo. The wedding will take place with family and friends on a week-long cruise in January 2010 while in port on the island of Aruba.
