Shawn and Julie Fitzgerald of Cottage Grove announce the birth of Emma Lauren, who was born on Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at Regina Medical Center in Hastings. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and measured 21 inches long.
Emma was welcomed home by siblings, Anna and Jacob, grandparents, Kathi and Ric Ericksen of Germantown, Wis., Mary Fitzgerald of New Berlin, Wis., Margaret and Robert Newman, of Menomonee Falls, Wis., and great-grandparents, Joan Villwock of New Berlin and Clarice and Peter Ericksen of Huntley, Ill.
