School bus involved in collision at 95th and Hadley
A District 833 school bus was involved in a collision around 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of 95th Street and Hadley Avenue in Cottage Grove.

A District 833 school bus was involved in a collision around 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of 95th Street and Hadley Avenue in Cottage Grove.
The accident occurred when a bus turned left onto 95th Street and a vehicle headed northbound hit the bus while it was turning, said Capt. Pete Koerner of the Cottage Grove Police department.
No students were injured in the accident, but the 39-year-old female driver of the vehicle was transported by ambulance to Regions Hospital, he said. Some students were on the bus at the time of the accident, according to a press release.
The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting the Cottage Grove Police Department in the investigation of the accident.
