Brittany Patraw and Justin Freund of Cottage Grove announce the birth of their daughter. Skyler Nicole Patraw was born on Monday, Aug. 31, 2009, at United Hospital, in St. Paul. She weighed 6 pounds, 3/4 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.
