No challengers in SPP council election

Filing for two St. Paul Park city council seats closed Sept. 8 with no challengers stepping forward to contest the re-election of Sandi Dingle and Jeff Swenson. Both are running for second 4-year terms.
In 2007, mayor John Hunziker and councilmen Steve Hunstad and Tim Jones also ran un-opposed.
The election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
