According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the following people were booked into the Washington County Jail between 7 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday:

Ryan E. Bell, 22, of Woodbury, charged with third-degree DWI.

Jose R. Escalante, 33, of Cottage Grove, charged with domestic assault.

Sheng Her, 21, of Cottage Grove, on a theft charge.

Jessica A. Jackson, 39, of Woodbury, charged with fourth-degree DWI.

Ajay R. Jones, 25, of Cottage Grove, charged with refusal to test and fourth-degree DWI.

Linda L. Voss, 43, of Cottage Grove, charged with second-degree DWI.

Andrew E. Fuller, 25, of Cottage Grove, charged with fourth-degree DWI.

Jeremiah M. Jones III, 22, of Woodbury, charged with fourth-degree DWI.

Melissa A. Kennedy, 29, of Woodbury, on refusal to test and second-degree DWI charges.

Colleen M. McNeilly, 24, of Woodbury, charged with burglary.

Andrew C. Strehelo, 27, of Cottage Grove, on a traffic charge and domestic assault charge.

Laura B. Casland, 23, of Cottage Grove, charged with second-degree DWI.

Laura L. Foster, 41, of St. Paul Park, charged with refusal to test and fourth-degree DWI.

Ryan S. McDonough, 18, of St. Paul Park, on fireworks, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage consumption charges.

Nathan T. Rogers, 23, of Woodbury, on multiple traffic charges.

All are considered innocent until proven guilty.
