Roland and Linda Anderson of Cottage Grove announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Rae, to Dave Winter of Cottage Grove.
Roland and Linda Anderson of Cottage Grove announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Rae, to Dave Winter of Cottage Grove. He is the son of Betty Winter of Siren, Wis., formerly of St. Paul Park, and the late Warren Winter. A wedding date has not been set.
Jessica, a 1995 graduate of Park High School, has a degree in elementary education and works as a substitute in School District 833.
Dave, who graduated from Park High School in 1992, works at National Checking Co., in St. Paul.
The couple plans to live in Cottage Grove.
