Robert and Deborah Hannah of Cottage Grove announce the engagement of their son, Robert John, to Emmy Rose, daughter of Becky Ellestad of Annandale. The wedding is scheduled Aug. 22 in Annandale.

Robert is a 1998 graduate of Park High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of St. Thomas. He works in financial services at UBS.
Emmy graduated from Maple Lake High School in Maple Lake in 1998, St. Cloud State University in 2002 and the University of Minnesota in 2004. She is a registered nurse at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park.
