NOTICE OF SALE OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

That the personal property described as follows, to wit:

Personal property including miscellaneous household goods, electronic equipment, furniture and clothing, will be sold at public auction by Sheriff of Washington County on August 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at 14830 58th St. #308, Stillwater, MN Washington County, to pay and satisfy a lien which is owed by Rosa Flores to the Washington County HRA in the sum of $1238.00 computed to the day of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale. The grounds of said lien are as follows: abandoned personal property of tenant.
