Three schools merge to form one marching band
Students from all three District 833 high schools have combined to march as one this summer at four parades.

Students from all three District 833 high schools have combined to march as one this summer at four parades. The band marched in Cottage Grove’s Strawberry Fest parade in early June. It is also scheduled to march in the St. Paul Park Heritage Days parade, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15; in the Woodbury Days parade, at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 30; and at the State Fair, in late August. Brent Comeau, of Woodbury High School, and Chris Tank, of East Ridge High School, will direct. Drum majors are Amy Steingas, of Woodbury High School, and Richard Steineck, of East Ridge.
