Led by even play from each of its six players, the Park boys golf team finished in fifth at the Suburban East Conference Championships on Wednesday, May 13 at Keller Golf Course to finish third in the conference on the season. On the day, Park shot a 307 to finish eight strokes back of match winner Forest Lake - who shot a day-low 299 score and won the conference championship as well.

Although only the top four player's scores counted at the conference match, Park's six players on hand all shot between 76 and 80 at the tournament. Leading the way for the Wolfpack were sophomore Jack Barnhart and junior Rafael Castaneda, who each shot rounds of 76. Park sophomore Trevor Keys turned in Park's third best score with a 77, while Jake Miller and Rorie Perkins each shot 78 and Dylan Sawicki shot an 80.

Woodbury finished second at the tournament with a 305, while Cretin-Derham Hall and Mounds View each shot 306. After the tournament, Miller - who returned only a little over two weeks ago from a broken foot and is still playing with a protective boot - earned All-Conference honors.

Next, Park will ready itself for the first round of the Section 3AAA Tournament, which will take place on Tuesday, May 19 back at Keller.
