Newport Elementary opts for early start
After forms were returned from staff members and parents of students were tallied, Newport Elementary School’s school day, starting next fall, will be from 7:55 a.m. to 2:25 p.m.By: Judy Spooner, South Washington County Bulletin
After forms were returned from staff members and parents of students were tallied, Newport Elementary School’s school day, starting next fall, will be from 7:55 a.m. to 2:25 p.m.
When the school board decided on start times, Newport was offered the option of choosing 9:20 a.m. or 7:55 p.m.
