Ashley Oberle and Benjamin McCalister, of Cottage Grove, announce the birth of Ava Marie. She was born on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, at United Hospital, in St. Paul. Ava weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and measured 19 inches.

Her grandparents are John and Kelly Oberle of Cottage Grove and Glenda McCalister of Eagan.
