Cottage Grove City Council members last week handed out awards to the winners of the city’s 2008 Photo Contest. First- and second- place finishers were recognized in the contest’s three categories: Cottage Grove landmarks, Cottage Grove nature and Cottage Grove people.
There were 91 entries in the seventh annual city-wide competition.
