Why doesn’t Cottage Grove have some place for seniors to go during the winter for walking?

Why doesn’t Cottage Grove have some place for seniors to go during the winter for walking? There is Park High School after 6 p.m. but seniors do not go out in winter after dark. They really lack in this area.
