Jose A. Ramirez, 34, of St. Paul Park, on assault and disturbing the peace charges.

Jesus Sanchez, 31, of St. Paul Park, on a fourth-degree DWI charge.

Brianne L. Sandoval, 25, of Cottage Grove, on assault and third-degree DWI charges.

Nicholas W. Skaar, 25, of St. Paul Park, on fourth-degree DWI charges.

Marie N. Balfanz, 41, of Stillwater, on a traffic charge.

Kristin L. Clendenen, 47, of Stillwater, on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.

Aaron M. Immerfall, 32, of Stillwater, on disorderly conduct charges.

Matthew L. Peck, 23, of Stillwater, on a traffic charge.

Keith A. Pinkston, 30, of Lake Elmo, on traffic charges.

Eric S. Rielander, 28, of Woodbury, on second-degree DWI charges.

Terrell D. Crew, 20, of Cottage Grove, on trespassing and giving false name charges.

Mark A. Koutz, 38, of Cottage Grove, on third-degree DWI, second-degree DWI and drug charges.

Kelly S. Nelson, 40, of Woodbury, on a third-degree DWI charge.

Anthony G. Nystuen, 41, of Woodbury, on third- and fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.

Anthony E. Peterson, 20, of Lake Elmo, on a controlled substance charge.

Kurt D. Pettee, 41, of Oak Park Heights, on a second-degree DWI charge.

Regina Pullum, 38, of Cottage Grove, on assault and obstructing the legal process charges.

All are considered innocent until proven guilty.
