NOTICE OF HEARING
CITY OF ST. PAUL PARK, MINNESOTA
Notice is hereby given that the St. Paul Park City Council will be holding a public meeting on the following land use item on Monday, June 15, 2009, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 600 Portland Avenue, St. Paul Park, MN.
VARIANCE: Application from Kevin Dinger requesting a variance to allow for a second driveway entrance (only one entrance allowed by city code) to be constructed at 1020 Laurel Avenue--Lots 19 & 20, Block 187, Division No. 5--R1 Zoning- 12.027.22.41.0102.
The City of St. Paul Park considers your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review process. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. Please contact city staff at your earliest convenience so we may address your questions and advise you on submittal due dates. Plans and materials are available for review at city hall by appointment.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so all may have the opportunity to attend.
