Sports Announcements: East Ridge soccer club starting, Moms on the Run needs coaches, and more

East Ridge soccer club spring season starts soon

Looking for a competitive soccer team to join for the 2014 spring/summer season? The East Ridge Soccer Club is excited for the spring/summer season to start and have openings on some of its competitive teams. Please contact if you are interested in joining us or for more information. Spring/summer fees are $335 per player for U9-U10 and $350 for U11 – U18. There is a one-time registration fee of $40. The season runs end of April thru July and includes winter training which has just started.

Park 100-year celebration meeting Jan. 27

East Ridge girls lacrosse meeting Jan. 27

The East Ridge girls lacrosse team is holding a parent/player/coach meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27, in room 2045 at East Ridge High School, where information will be given out about the upcoming season. Player preseason strength and conditioning workouts with Coach Rainey are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15-5:15 p.m. Any player not in a winter sport should be there as attendance is taken.
