School District 833 IT director leaving
South Washington County Schools’ information technology director is leaving.
Andrew Baldwin, who has led the IT department for three years, is resigning to take a similar job in the Farmington school district. He and his family have lived in Farmington for 15 years.
Baldwin’s last day with District 833 is Aug. 1.
“My time with District 833 has been a truly rewarding experience,” Baldwin said in a statement. “I have the highest regard for the South Washington County Schools, and I certainly hope I have been able to contribute to the success of the organization. I will be leaving behind a very talented, bright and committed team of professionals with whom any and all successes are truly credited.”
Baldwin is the sixth cabinet-level administrator to leave District 833 this year. Two assistant superintendents and the directors of finance, special services and teaching and learning services also have departed.
