Arthur Haywood, 39, 325 Plum St., by Red Wing police, warrant for issuance of worthless check.Recovered vehicle Goodhue County authorities recovered a vehicle Saturday in Featherstone that was reported stolen Dec. 8 by Angela Knudsen, Red Wing. Vehicle was located infield along 210th Avenue and didn't appear damaged. No arrests have been made.Burglary Lily's Coffee House, 419 W. Third St., reported Friday that someone stole $375 in cash from the business. Small window in bathroom was found unlocked. Robert Prebe, Frontenac, reported Saturday that within the previous week someone tried to break into a home on County 2 Blvd. in Frontenac by kicking in door. Prebe, who is the caretaker, said window was broken as well. Michael Daugherty, St. Anthony, Minn., reported Saturday that someone broke into locker at the Clay City Storage site on Guernsey Lane. It wasn't yet known if anything was taken. Adam Branstner, Lakeville, Minn., reported Saturday that someone broke into his boat stored at Bill's Bay Marina, 1708 W. Third St., and stole $2,270 worth of merchandise, including CD player and numerous CDs. Theft Miranda Stodola, 122 W. Seventh St., reported Friday that someone stole red wagon valued at $200 from residence. Wagon was found shortly thereafter in possession of a 14-year-old Red Wing girl and returned. It is not yet known if charges will be filed. Econo Foods, 621 Main St., reported Friday that a juvenile female had stolen $13.67 worth of merchandise. A 12-year-old Red Wing girl was cited for shoplifting. Barbara Ellefson, 519 Bluff St., reported Sunday that someone broke taillight on vehicle and stole bat valued at $100; vehicle damage $150.Property damage Lanh Nguyen, 104 Red Wing Ave., reported Friday that someone damaged one sign at Angel Nails and tampered with another. Laura Elliot, 722 Bush St., reported Sunday that someone scratched her car, bent license plate and let air out of tire.Assault Christi Redbird, Hastings, reported Friday that a male known to her slapped her while they were at the Treasure Island Resort & Casino. Police interviewed the man, who denied striking Redbird.Accidents Vehicles driven by Elizabeth Gorman, 77, Apple Valley, Minn., and Keith Ryan, 22, Goodhue, collided at 1:45 p.m. Dec. 24 at 180th Avenue and 350th Street in Belle Creek. Vehicle driven by Kerry Applegate, 19, West Concord, Minn., left roadway and hit culvert at 1:50 a.m. Thursday on County Road 31. Vehicles driven by James Meyer, 43, Lake City, and Gordon Duda, 59, Coon Rapids, Minn., collided just after 10 a.m. Friday at West Third and Bush streets. Vehicle driven by Harvey Howard, 55, Claremont, Minn., struck guardrail at 12:15 a.m. Friday on Highway 56 Boulevard near 410th Avenue. Howard said someone in large dark pickup truck shot paintball, which prompted him to swerve and hit guardrail.
