Stillwater made quick work of Park Tuesday in an 11-1, five-inning victory in Stillwater.

Park had six hits in the Suburban East Conference game with JT Bickel and Max Stedt each going 2-for-3. Bickel drove in the Wolfpack's only run in the top of the fifth inning.

The Ponies had a 1-0 lead after the first inning when they busted the game open with a seven-run third inning. Stillwater added a run in the fourth and two in the fifth to end the game.

Park (1-13, 1-13 SEC) struck out seven times against Ponies starter Andy Peterson. Peterson allowed an unearned run on six hits and walked one.

Fletcher Rheault started for the Wolfpack and lasted just 2 1/3 innings. Rheault gave up six earned runs on four hits, walked six and struck out one.

Prior to falling to Stillwater, Mounds View swept a doubleheader Wednesday against the Wolfpack in Cottage Grove. Park lost the first game 4-1 and the second 9-2.

Sam Domeier started for the Wolfpack and allowed four runs on just four hits. Domeier walked three and struck out one. The Wolfpack outhit Mounds View 6-4 for the game. Park's Kyle Strand went 2-for-3 and Matt Chermack went 2-for-3 in the 4-1 loss.

Mounds View didn't struggle at the plate in the second game, a 9-2 victory.

The Mustangs had 13 hits in the game with Mitch Fredrickson going 3-for-4 with three RBI and Nate Douvier going 2-fo-3 with two runs and two RBI.

The Wolfpack struck out eight times and only Rheault had more than one hit with a 2-for-3 performance. Rheault and Matt Palmquist finished with the only RBI for Park.

Stedt started for Park and only lasted 4 2/3 innings after allowing nine runs, earned, on 12 hits. He walked two and struck out two.
