TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION

BY ROBERT GINDORFF, THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1666 COUNTY ROAD 74, NEWPORT, MN 55055, AND OWNED BY ROBERT TENEYCK, FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE ADDITION OF ANOTHER BUILDING ON SITE TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TEST CHAMBERS FOR THE MEDICAL PRODUCTS INDUSTRY, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE STORAGE AND PHYSICAL TESTING EQUIPMENT AT TEN-E PACKAGING.

Notice is hereby given that the Newport Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2009, at 7:05 P.M. or as soon thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers at the Newport City Hall, 596 7th Ave., Newport, MN, to consider an application from Mr. Robert Gindorff, 1666 County Road 74, Newport, MN 55055, for a

Conditional Use Permit, Chapter 13, Section 1330-10, Land Use Classification. The request is for property located at 1666 County Road 74, Newport, MN 55055, and is zoned RE (Residential Estate). The Conditional Use Permit is to allow for the addition of another building on site to accommodate additional environmental test chambers for the medical products industry, as well as storage and physical testing equipment in the new building.

to, the Public Hearing.
