Laurie Johnson begins two-year term on District 833 School Board
Laurie Johnson has started serving a new two-year term on the South Washington County School Board.
Johnson, of Woodbury, was sworn in on Dec. 5. She won the two-year seat in the November election. She was wrapping up a four-year term on the board.
The four who won four-year seats on the board — Tracy Brunnette, Katie Schwartz, Sharon Van Leer and Katy McElwee-Stevens — will begin those terms in January.
