The West 630.29 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 30 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, as measured at a right angle to the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, EXCEPT the East 165.00 feet of the West 198.00 feet of the North 264.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, as measured at right angles to the west and north lines of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter.
Subject to a road easement for 80th Street North along the northerly line thereof.
Subject to an easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under, and across the West 33.00 feet of the North 906.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 28, Township 30 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota.

Subject to a pipeline easement granted by the Grant of Easement recorded as Document No. 177576 in the office of the County Recorder in and for Washington County, Minnesota, restricted and described in the Agreement Describing Easement recorded as Document No. 313815 in the office of said County Recorder.
Together with a right of way easement granted by the Easement Agreement recorded as Document No. 257974 in the office of said County Recorder over the Easterly 20 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (being approximately 550 feet long, more or less); and

You, and each of you are hereby summoned and required to answer the Application of the Applicant(s) in the above-entitled proceeding and to file your answer to the said Application in the office of the Administrator/Clerk of said Court, in said County, within 20 days after service of this Summons upon you exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Application within the time aforesaid, the Applicant(s) in this proceeding will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein.
