East Ridge girls basketball: Raptors upset Rangers, blow out Polars

Email

The East Ridge girls basketball team had a six-game win streak snapped by intra-district and Suburban East Conference rival Park last week, but bounced back with a pair of impressive wins.

East Ridge (12-4; 6-4 SEC) fell 51-40 to Park on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in Cottage Grove – its first loss since Jan. 10 at White Bear Lake.

Park, ranked ninth in Class AAAA, stayed undefeated by East Ridge since the Woodbury-based school opened its doors in 2009.
