Cottage Grove woman among those injured when bull gets loose at Dakota County Fair

FARMINGTON, Minn. -- A runaway bull caused injuries to several visitors to the Dakota County Fair on Wednesday night.

The bull escaped from his pen, then broke through the gates and ran through the fairgrounds. At least seven people were injured in the incident, according to Farmington Fire Marshal John Powers. Cottage Grove resident  Barbara Goggins received significant injuries and had to be airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center.
