Recent criminal activity reported in Cottage Grove:

Theft

Holiday gas station, 8101 Hadley Ave., reported a $30 gas drive-off Jan. 23.

A Cottage Grove woman reported Jan. 27 that her clothes ($750) were stolen from the Tumble Fresh laundromat at 8470 East Point Douglas Road.

G-Will Liquors, 6990 80th St., reported a possible theft on Jan. 28. The case is under investigation.

OfficeMax, 9010 Jamaica Ave., reported a theft Jan. 28. A male suspect entered the store, took three printers and left in a vehicle. He was gone when police arrived. Loss: $839.

Target, 8655 East Point Douglas Road, reported Jan. 29 that a female suspect left the store without paying for a DVD set valued at $55.

Cub Foods, 8690 East Point Douglas Road, reported a theft Jan. 29. A 45-year-old Cottage Grove woman was cited for shoplifting.

G-Will Liquors, 6990 80th St., reported Jan. 29 that a male suspect stole three bottles of alcohol. Loss: $39.

No-contact violation

A 21-year-old man was arrested for violating a no-contact order in Cottage Grove after he was found in a vehicle with the White Bear Lake woman who had sought the order. They were parked at about 10:30 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Wakota Inn, 7125 80th St.

Felony warrant

A 32-year-old Cottage Grove man was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant Jan. 29 at his home in the 8400 block of Greystone Avenue. He also was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
