TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that the Newport Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers at the Newport City Hall, 596 7th Ave., Newport, MN, to consider an application from J & J Temperature Control, 100 7th Avenue, Newport, MN 55055, for approval of a Conditional Use Permit. The request is for property located at 100 7th Avenue, Newport, MN 55055. The application is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for outside storage of equipment.
