Recycled Blessings rummage sale -- Rose of Sharon Lutheran Church, 6875 Jamaica Ave., in Cottage Grove, is hosting a Recycled Blessings rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, May 1 and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 2. All-night vigil -- The World Apostolate of Fatima, Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis, is sponsoring an all-night vigil of reparation and prayer at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 2035 West 15th Street, in Hastings.The vigil will begin on Friday, May 1, with Mass at 8 p.m. and will conclude with the Mass at 4 a.m. on Saturday, May 2. Spring garage sale -- Youth at the Catholic Church of St. Rita are holding a garage sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 1, and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 2, at the church, 8694 80th St., in Cottage Grove. A morning for women -- "Divine Abundance: A Morning for Women" will take place from 9 to 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, at Woodbury Lutheran Church, 7380 Afton Road, just off Valley Creek Road across from Target. Celebration of Katherine Olson's Life -- "A Tribute to Katherine: Letting Her Light Shine," a tribute concert honoring Park High School graduate Katherine Olson, is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, at Grace Church, 9301 Eden Prairie Road, in Eden Prairie. Proceeds will go to a memorial scholarship at St. Olaf College, in Northfield, to benefit Latino youth. Visitation training -- On Tuesday, May 5, Bill Steinke, an Allina hospice chaplain, will talk about visiting those who are dying.
