Notice of Public Hearing
APPLICANT: Ronald and Joan Kobilka
REQUEST: Variances to allow an existing 8-foot by 16-foot accessory structure to be approximately 8.5 feet from the rear property line when the minimum rear yard setback is 10 feet to exist on a 10-foot wide drainage and utility easement, and to allow a fence five feet in height along the north side property line when the maximum height is 30 inches for the first 15 feet from the front property line and 48 inches to the front plane of the house at 8900 Greenway Ave. S.
WHEN: Monday, June 23, 2014, starting at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 12800 Ravine Pkwy., Cottage Grove, MN
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing.
