Everyone is invited to the Cottage Grove Hockey Association’s Hockey Fest, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at the Cottage Grove Ice Arena, 8020 80th St. Admission is free. Activities will include youth teams demonstrating their skating skills, Chuck-a-Puck, a silent auction featuring signed sports memorabilia and theme baskets. The Minnesota Wild mascot, Nordy, will meet kids from 1-1:45 p.m. Food will be available for purchase including walking tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, cotton candy and ice cream from Culver’s. All proceeds from the event will help support the association.
